Turnpike Lane Bungalow Construction, London

This project involved the construction of a bespoke residential bungalow in Turnpike Lane, London, delivered by PK Construction Ltd in collaboration with Satish Jassal Architects. Built on a highly constrained backland site, the project required careful planning, coordination and precise execution throughout all stages of construction.

Access to the site was limited, with materials and equipment transported through a narrow passageway between existing buildings. This presented logistical challenges that required detailed sequencing of works and efficient site management to maintain programme and quality.

The construction incorporated high-quality materials and carefully executed detailing, reflecting the architectural intent and design quality of the project. The layout maximises natural light and spatial efficiency, creating a well-balanced and functional residential environment.
